Situations database · Small-holder tenders

Tender offers that pay small holders first.

Tender offers whose own document gives holders below a written share threshold priority over pro-rata reduction: accepted in full, accepted before other holders, or exempt from proration. Only offers of an already listed security with a cash tender price written in the document are shown, so every row carries a ticker and the price that is paid. Unlisted funds and private vehicles are left out. Each row keeps the record date or tender deadline the source states and is watched for amendments, extensions and withdrawals.

Small-holder tender offers

6 listed offers · as of Nov 6, 2026

The ticker and the price are read from the offer document itself: a row appears only when the security is already listed and the document states a fixed or range cash price per share or ADS. An offer of an unlisted fund or vehicle is not shown, even when it grants a priority clause; it stays in the archive and database. Rows are sorted by state and then by the date that decides participation: open offers soonest first, expired ones newest first. An extended offer shows its newer deadline and the filing that moved it. An expired offer and a withdrawn offer stay visible, because when the window closed and why is part of the record.

The ticker, exchange, price, priority, threshold and date are quoted from the tender offer document or the RNS announcement. The price is the amount the offer states, not a market price. 27 offers that state a priority clause but whose security is not listed are kept in the archive and database and are not shown on this tab. Change entries link the later filing they came from. An offer can be amended or withdrawn after this page is rebuilt, so verify at the source before acting. Nothing here is investment advice.

What a row has to prove

Written terms only

Priority

Stated in the document

A row is listed only when the tender offer document or the RNS announcement says holders below a written share threshold are accepted in full, accepted first, or exempt from pro-rata reduction. A bare mention of “odd lot” is not enough.

Ticker and price

Quoted, not looked up

The ticker and exchange come from the document's own listing sentence, and the price is the cash amount per share or ADS the offer states. A last traded price, a redemption value or a par value is never used. If no listing is stated, the offer is not shown here; if a listing is stated but no price, the row waits for review.

Date

Only when written

The record date or tender deadline is shown only when the source states a calendar date. A month, a period or a later announcement is not converted into a day. Nothing here is estimated.

Changes

Later filings, kept on the list

Amendments, extensions and withdrawals are picked up from later filings by the same issuer in the same market. A new deadline is published only when two independent readings agree and the date is written in the filing. A withdrawn or lapsed offer stays on the list, struck through, because the change itself is information.

Coverage
Only offers whose document names an already listed security — a ticker on Nasdaq, the NYSE, the London Stock Exchange or AIM — and states a cash tender price are shown. Non-traded funds, private REITs and vehicles that have not yet listed are excluded from this tab even when they grant a priority clause; they remain in the archive and database. Documents come from United States SEC filings and UK RNS announcements. Always check the source before acting.
