Who operates this
Dislocation Monitor is published and operated by Xiankai Yin, an independent operator based in Beijing, China. Enquiries go to client@dislocationmonitor.com. Payments, invoicing, and sales tax are handled by Paddle as merchant of record.
The service
Dislocation Monitor is a research utility that collects and organizes public filings and announcements from twelve markets. It provides a US feed, a searchable database, short event briefs, and links to the original documents. It is an informational product, not a brokerage, adviser, fund, or news wire.
Not investment advice
Nothing in the service is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Filings are shown as published and may be incomplete, delayed, superseded, or wrong. You are responsible for verifying every fact against the original source and for your own decisions.
Accounts
You need an account to use the US feed and database. Provide an email address you control, use at least ten characters for your password, and keep your credentials private. One subscription covers one person; do not share accounts or resell access. Disposable email domains are not accepted.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
Trial, billing, and renewal
The subscription starts with a 7-day trial. A valid payment method is required at checkout. The card is authorised when the trial starts and charged on day 8 unless you cancel before then.
Plans are 29 US dollars per month or 199 US dollars per year, plus any applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price until canceled. Price changes apply to the next renewal after notice.
Payments, invoicing, sales tax, and payment-method storage are handled by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to the transaction. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Account → Manage billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the current trial or paid period. Deleting an account does not by itself cancel a subscription; cancel first, then contact support if you want the account removed.
Refunds
Our refund policy is set out on the refunds page. It does not limit rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Acceptable use
Use the service for your own research. Do not copy, mirror, or bulk-redistribute the feed or database; do not resell access or build a competing dataset from it; do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or payment; do not interfere with the service. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or these terms.
Availability and changes
Public sources change without notice. A source may be unavailable or alter its format. The service is provided as-is and as-available; we do not guarantee uninterrupted coverage, completeness, or a particular update time. We may add, change, or remove features, and may suspend the service for maintenance.
Sources and attribution
Dislocation Monitor is a third-party research and search-navigation tool. Rows index structured facts extracted from public disclosures; they are not the disclosures themselves. Every outbound link is labelled with its data source — for example SEC EDGAR, HKEXnews, Investegate (RNS), SIX, TDnet, or EQS — and opens the official platform that published the item in a new tab.
We do not host, mirror, cache, or redistribute the original announcements or announcement files, and we do not act for, and are not endorsed by, any exchange, regulator, or issuer. Attribution and any rights in the source documents remain with their publishers; the linked platform's own terms apply once you leave this site. If you believe a link or an excerpt is misattributed, contact support and we will correct or remove it.
This platform is an independent investment research tool. All third-party trademarks and exchange names mentioned herein are the property of their respective owners and are referenced solely for source attribution and navigation. Their inclusion does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from the respective regulatory bodies or exchanges.
Intellectual property
The site design, organization, briefs, and software are ours or used with permission. Source documents remain the property of their publishers and are linked, not reproduced in full. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. This service is independent and is not affiliated with Clark Square Capital or the operators of specialsitsdigest.com.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits or trading losses, arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: client@dislocationmonitor.com.
