Trial timing, cancellation, and how refund requests are handled.

Trial
The trial lasts 7 days. A payment method is required at checkout and is authorised then, but the first charge occurs on day 8. Cancel before the charge and you pay nothing.
Cancellation
Cancel any time in Account → Manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the current trial or paid period. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a period merely because you cancel.
Refund requests
Subscriptions are digital services delivered immediately. If you believe you were charged in error, were charged after a valid cancellation, or are entitled to a refund under mandatory consumer law, contact client@dislocationmonitor.com within 14 days of the charge with the account email and invoice number. We review each request and, where a refund is due, process it through Paddle to the original payment method.
Unauthorized charges
If you do not recognise a charge, contact us and Paddle immediately. We may suspend the account while the charge is investigated.
Statutory rights
This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you. Paddle, as merchant of record, may also be able to assist with a dispute.
