Public filings, organized.

The service tracks event-driven filings and announcements from twelve public markets and keeps them in a searchable database. A subscription covers both the US feed and the full history. The US tape refreshes every five minutes while SEC EDGAR is open (Mon–Fri 06:00–22:00 ET, closed on US federal holidays); the twelve-market archive rebuilds daily at 08:00 Beijing time, weekends included.

Source

Twelve public markets are covered: SEC EDGAR for the United States, the Newswire.ca public-company listing for Canada, the ASX announcements archive, HKEXnews for Hong Kong, the Investegate RNS listing for the UK, SIX Equity Issuer News plus Swiss Takeover Board decisions, TDnet timely disclosures, Nasdaq Stockholm / Copenhagen / Helsinki company releases, Oslo Børs NewsWeb, and EQS ad-hoc releases for Germany. US rows link to the filing on SEC EDGAR; every other row links to the issuer profile page on the source, never to an announcement file. Each link is labelled with its data source and opens that platform in a new tab. The service is a third-party research and navigation tool: it does not host, store, or redistribute the original announcements and does not endorse them.

Update

While SEC EDGAR is open, the US tape is polled every five minutes: new rows are added to local history by source ID and the site is rebuilt. Once a day, at 08:00 Beijing time, the full twelve-market archive is refreshed the same way, with new M&A buyers labelled and briefs updated. If one market is unavailable, the others are still covered and existing rows for the missing market are kept.

03

Classify

SEC rows use form types. Canadian, Australian, Hong Kong, UK, and Swiss rows are classified from public headlines and announcement labels into activist campaigns, M&A, tender offers, going-private deals, bankruptcies, liquidations, strategic reviews, restructurings, capital returns, spin-offs, delistings, or corporate events. Full announcement text is not copied into the archive.

04

No price column

The feed and database deliberately show no offer price, spread, market price, market cap, or valuation multiple. A single per-share figure pulled from one announcement invites false comparisons across share classes, currencies, contingent consideration, and follow-up notices that do not restate the terms. The amount, the conditions, and any adjustment stay in the linked SEC filing or the issuer's own disclosure.

05

Write the brief

Each event carries a two- to three-sentence brief. US rows are briefed from the SEC filing text when a model is configured; non-US rows are briefed from the headline and situation type only, since the announcement itself is not copied. Without a model a rules-based brief is assembled from the filing metadata. Briefs describe the event and its stage without quoting prices, premiums, or valuations; any number in a model brief must appear in the source text or the brief is rejected and the rules fallback is used instead. Briefs are tagged in the feed, cached per filing, and are not recommendations.

06

Label the buyer

On M&A rows, a buyer chip names the acquirer and marks it as a listed operating company or a financial buyer (a fund, SPAC, or other investor). The label is read deterministically from US filing text, filer conventions, and public listed-company registries; it is never inferred by a model. Rows where the buyer cannot be identified are left blank rather than guessed, and only new M&A rows are labelled. When both sides of a deal are listed and both file, the target's release is the row and the counterparty's release appears as a second source link. Exports keep both filings with a shared deal key.

Third-party research and navigation tool

Every link opens the official platform that published the disclosure — SEC EDGAR for US filings, and the exchange or issuer page (for example HKEXnews, Investegate, SIX, TDnet, EQS) elsewhere. Dislocation Monitor indexes structured facts for research and search; it does not host, store, or redistribute the original announcements, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any exchange, regulator, or issuer. Where to read the company's own account.

A filing is the record; a press release is often the plain-English version of it. These free newswires publish releases on behalf of listed issuers and are linked for context, not copied into the archive. For any issuer, the investor-relations section of its own website is the first place to look.

Reuters, Bloomberg, Dow Jones and other paid wires are licensed services. Their copy is not reproduced or republished here; read it on their own sites under their terms.

What this build does not do.

No paid research

This is an independent public-filing monitor. It does not reproduce third-party paid digests, downloads, or gated content; only public filings and generated descriptions are included.

No trading advice

Filings can be delayed, incomplete, or amended. Summaries describe the form, not the merits of a situation. Verify every source before acting.

Public pages only

Only public listing pages and feeds are used. Where a source restricts access or asks not to be read this way, that restriction is respected rather than bypassed. Rows are not copied from behind logins or paywalls.

No price column by design

Offer prices, spreads, market prices, market caps, and valuation multiples are not displayed. A per-share figure pulled from one announcement invites false comparisons across share classes, currencies, contingent consideration, and follow-up notices that do not restate the terms. The amount, the share class, the conditions, and any adjustment are in the linked document; read it before acting.

Headline-only classification

Non-US rows are assigned a situation type from the public headline and category label. A headline can be ambiguous, so some rows may be missed or placed in a neighbouring category. Check the issuer's own disclosure to confirm.

Source terms

Each publisher sets its own terms for reuse. The archive stores structured facts (issuer, form, situation type, filing time), the public headline, and our own derived brief; it does not store or mirror announcement files. US rows link to the SEC filing. Non-US rows link to the issuer's profile page on the source, never to the announcement attachment. Review the terms of each source before relying on the archive for a commercial workflow.

Best-effort coverage

Each source publishes a different amount of recent history. Some show only a limited window or the latest few announcements, so older rows accumulate over time. Any source can be unavailable, and a long outage can leave gaps; the daily update limits that risk.
